Technical Support
If you are not in our direct service area for previously mentioned services, HFRC provides a remote service and technical support option via telephone, teams meetings, & email. HFRC represents and sells parts, equipment, and supplies for multiple manufacturers of fire suppression systems, foam systems, and firefighting equipment.
Discover Our Journey So Far
HFRC technicians are trained in diesel, gasoline, and marine engines. HFRC is based in southern New Jersey, but provides on-site service throughout the US and in other countries. HFRC supplements its onsite service at distant locations by providing on-demand technical support and parts for our clients’ in-house staff and local maintenance contractors.
HFRC provides scheduled and emergency on-site services. All HFRC field personnel maintain TWIC credentials, are subject to random drug screenings and background checks, and receive regular safety training. As such, HFRC personnel can work in PSM-covered and other restricted access facilities.

HFRC are the experts in the use of water equivalency and other methods of testing foam systems without discharging foam concentrate to the ground. Where necessary, HFRC can design and complete system modifications to provide a zero-discharge test method. HFRC also provides foam concentrate changeout services where clients wish to use more environmentally safe foam liquids, including fluorine-free foam concentrates.

Our services also include preventative maintenance and repair of chassis systems, such as brake services, maintenance and repair of remote-operated monitors, and hydraulic system upkeep. With multiple years of experience, we expertly repair and install equipment from various manufacturers onto apparatuses
Foam Systems
We provide foam system testing, troubleshooting, and repair, including replacement and repair of foam pumps and foam concentrate change-outs, as well as training for apparatus operators
Diesel, Gasoline and Marine Engines
We offer comprehensive engine diagnostic and repair services, electrical diagnostics and repairs, and preventative maintenance. Our team is trained by Caterpillar and International for diesel engines, and by Yamaha and Volvo for marine engines, bringing over 30 years of combined experience in diesel, gasoline, and marine engines.
